What are we looking for?

Junior Credit Collection Analyst looking to join a highly talented team in a technology organization. Toolbox works with the biggest entertainment companies, meaning your work will have a direct impact in the way millions of users enjoy their favorite content.

We are hiring a young professional analyst to handle administrative tasks related to the integral management of account receivable and client’s collections process, ensuring timely collection, maintaining an optimal collection cycle for the Company providing a quality service to customers

We appreciate devising best practices in order to generate opportunities, to take care of the customer relationships and ensure compliance with administrative issues.

We will value those young professionals, who have a capacity for self-management, proactivity and good management of interpersonal relationships and effective communication.

We expect you to:

  • Responsible for managing the collections of the company and perform procedures and requirements according to the administrative needs of each client.
  • Control and monitoring of the client portfolio according to the dates of payments agreed in the commercial contract.
  • Management of collections and related procedures to achieve them
  • Consolidated weekly Aging report, detailing its evolution.
  • Monthly Sales Report
  • Analysis of bad debt (uncollectible).
  • Permanent interaction with the other areas of the Company (billing, taxes, Sales, etc.).
  • Management of rejected checks and management of daily operations of the sector.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in managing account receivable and dealing with clients
  • We value knowledge in the use of accounting and management systems (Colppy and Quickbook)
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in the area of ​​administration with focus on credits and collections
  • Good handling of Microsoft Office package.
  • Language: advanced oral and written English
  • Bachelor student or graduate of business administration, public accountant or related degree.
